To identify growth areas of IT in a group of companies with business executives who understood the need to develop the IT direction in their department, but did not fully understand what they needed for that.
The IT department is divided into organizational units. It was necessary to analyze the whole structure and determine the tasks of each unit. Based on the results, we had to propose changes that could be seamlessly integrated into the company’s processes, ensuring a smooth transition from old processes to new ones.
We conducted a comprehensive audit, identified bottlenecks, the intersection of areas of responsibility, possible growth areas. Identified opportunities for improvement in the testing and product release processes. After the audit, work continued as part of a strategic partnership.
