Simple and user-friendly UX/UI of complex ERP application сreated
Goal
To create an ERP design, ensuring easy interaction and an intuitive interface.
Obstacle
The platform was supposed to include the following 3 main modules: accounting, invoicing, accounting of payments to personnel. The secondary ones were order accounting, inventory management, CRM, HR, project management, file storage, cash register software, marketing. It was necessary to take into account all of them in the design.
Solution
Due to the complex logic of the application, we started development with a mind map, placing each of the elements in their place and building their relationship.
The interface was designed with minimalistic elements and vivid visual accents to enrich the user experience. Nunito is one of the most easy-to-read sans serif fonts. It is a good solution for this project due to its wide curves.
The control panel allows to administer all resources from one place. This feature gives full control over income, expenses and all other time-consuming operations.
