When creating a Telegram bot for monitoring and campaign management, the main difficulty is the testing for bot’s business logic and performance.
Having integrated a chatbot into the marketing platform, we created a special algorithm that tracks the user account profitability, informs the owner through a Telegram bot and gives recommendations on how to improve the situation. With the bot’s help, the users also manage their campaigns: put them on pause, start again, etc. It made possible to significantly reduce the user’s efforts.
