Adding contacts into CRM accelerated 2 times and risk of losing business cards eliminated

Goal

To create an application to quickly and easily add business contacts into CRM by taking a picture of a business card.

Obstacle

The formats of contact data on business cards are various. It is laborious and complicated to work out regular expressions for all the possible variants.

Solution

• We plugged Machine Learning in for more accurate photo analysis.
• We increased contrast of photoes to improve the quality of the recognition.
• We integrated Zapier to upload the collected contacts into CRM.
