Goal

To identify and fix critical site errors leading to high user churn.

Obstacle

The site was based on WordPress VIP, where the operating rules differ significantly from standard WP and require the relevant developer experience.

Solution

We joined in, performed an express audit, identified eventual error causes and ranked them by criticality. The detected errors were eliminated within 2 weeks. As a result, the user churn decreased.
