To develop a platform for automatic collecting, storage, and processing of leads from the client’s own call-center.
The integration of the new platform with the existing system was to go through without stopping the work of the call center.
We developed an application for both iOS and Android, that automatically collects leads from various platforms. We provided 4 ways to attract leads to the system:
- API with Thumbtack;
- email addresses parsing from HomeAdvisor;
- site form;
- manual leads entering.
