New testing standards developed, knowledge transfer adjusted, delivery process accelerated

Goal

To optimize and accelerate the delivery process from Backlog to Live enhancing the product quality.

Obstacle

• The testing team load was synthetic.
• The team members were out of synch.
• The regression testing took much time.
• There were numerous related products.

Solution

• We optimized the testing process, eliminated the unneccessary elements.
• We implemented a number of Agile practices to synchronize the team (daily start-ups, retrospectives, etc).
• The regression and daily production tests were covered with automated tests.
• We developed testing procedures and created check-lists for testing various products including bottlenecks and complex checks.
• We tuned the process of knowledge transfer by the testers across products.
