To optimize work with franchise orders to reduce warehouse costs.
The company has a conservative IT department and a complex business logic of managing transactions with franchise partners.
We developed from scratch an order management web platform for the administrator and the franchise partner. A part of the system is controlled manually: for each franchise, the administrator lists the items that can be ordered reducing the risks for over-ordering.
The software is soon to launch for its users and the business expects to see its positive impact shortly. The project was managed well throughout, with the team [Umbrella IT] communicating effectively, adhering to best practice, and becoming increasingly confident in sharing their ideas.
