Corporate meditation VR-application developed

Goal

To create MVP for Android and iOS applications for meditation in VR glasses.

Obstacle

It was necessary to:

• ensure speed performance under usage of mobile Internet and video in 4k format (360 video);
• exclude constant updates of the application in the App Store / Google Play Market when downloading new videos or sounds.

Solution

We developed native applications. We ensured the application and the streaming operate quickly due to ​​development in the native languages and usage of AWS CloudFront for video storage. All videos are transcoded to various resolutions (in Full HD, HD, 480 and 360). We implemented a tool to adjust breathing and select the narrator’s voice. New videos and sounds can be uploaded in a specially designed administrative panel. The application allows employees to relax emotionally switching to short meditations which helps to increase their efficiency.
