Pooltrackr project testing process set up from scratch

Goal

To set up the web and mobile application testing process for a distributed team of developers and QA.

Obstacle

There was no single QA leader to take responsibility for the quality of development in the project.

Solution

We offered and implemented a QA strategy that documented the roles of the participants, defined their areas of responsibility, and set up the interaction processes. As a result, the number of development errors related to QA processes has abruptly decreased.
