Goal
To increase the number of features released in a sprint.
Obstacle
New features weren’t tested in parallel with development. They were included in a release build and QA engineers tested the whole build. The identified bugs were fixed. But the complete process delayed the release.
Solution
We changed the approach to testing and bug-fixing and started to test features in parallel with development. We eliminated all the processes that lost their efficiency and optimized work with the ticket system to make it more transparent.
