Zillow-like real estate application developed, with design recognized by Behance Adobe

Goal

To make up a concept and design of the app. To create from scratch a real estate web platform for interaction between sellers, customers, and agents as a part of the client’s team.

Obstacle

It was necessary to create an algorithm that estimates the property according to the user’s parameters and to move away from the inconvenient tabular format of the real estate valuation forms to increase the retention rate.

Solution

We developed several options of form design, conducted testing, chose the option that showed the lowest bounce rate, and implemented this design. We seamlessly integrated into the customer’s team and together optimized development processes. We created a Zillow-like web platform that helps to estimate the property. The algorithm makes estimation with high accuracy according to different parameters: ZIP-code, dwelling space, property type, etc.
