Goal
A marketing agency completes numerous technical tasks for its customers. The agency needed a technology partner with a rich technology stack and experience with WP and third-party integrations.
Obstacle
A quick, seamless integration was required that would not affect the quality, as this had a direct impact on the agency’s reputation with end customers.
Solution
The decision was made to augment the team iteratively. Initially, a team engaged consisted of PM, Team Lead, and tester. Later, the team was augmented with extra specialists. The project manager acted as a single point of contact and was in charge of the time limits, budget and project scope.
