Single ecosystem created for unique coworking through integration of additional systems

Goal

The project combines several platforms: coworking space, children’s playground, cafe, restaurant, and venue for events. It was necessary to integrate the platforms within a single site, to create a system for managing all locations and a user account.

Obstacle

The project covered 4 business models using different ready-made solutions. In the process of automation the numerous integrations had to be taken into account.

Solution

We developed a unified system integrating several full-fledged services, such as HubSpot, Stripe, and Nexudus. We implemented an architectural solution to ensure the coordinated interaction of all systems and to avoid any conflicts.
