Goal
To make payments transparent without upgrading to the Stripe paid account.
Obstacle
Free Stripe account has charge payments set up by default. These payments are debited from a client’s account several times for each service provider involved after the task performed. Revenue calculation was complicated because the order could include several service providers. As a result, the payment process wasn’t transparent for all the participants.
Solution
We changed the logic of payments and ensured their transparency by switching to the transfer payments in the free account. Now users pay the order in full by a lump sum payment, while Jourve transfers the payment to its employees by itself. Due to this, the company saved on the bank commissions and reduced the time of getting payments.
