Over 10 complex custom Hubspot integrations built
Goal
To simplify business processes by integrating CRM with all resources that use customer information to conclude contracts and provide services.
Obstacle
When integrating systems, we encountered the following challenges:
- information was duplicated in several software products;
- data formats in different systems varied in the structure;
- the systems to be integrated not always had an API;
- the data were updated at various times and with various logic.
Solution
We analyzed the data structure in all systems and compiled the data charts. We identified entities for integrations.
After it, we worked out all possible use cases and created an integration server with a database for backup.
It allowed us performing successful integration with Hint Health, PandaDoc, EnCompass, and other systems.
