Goal

To optimize and reduce costs for the marketplace infrastructure support.

Obstacle

The vast data of the platform’s performance wasn’t used efficiently. As the result there was no clear understanding of which services were the priorities for promotion to earn maximum profit.

Solution

We performed a complex audit of the app’s infrastructure and architecture. We deleted or modified the obsolete modules and refactored the code. As a result, it cut costs from $20,000 to $7,000 a month.
